How are the “Most Recent Listings” on the home page chosen?
We display the four most recently activated listings on the home page. These listings are automatically updated as newer listings are activated. Unfortunately, since we value all of our customers equally, we do not offer placement on the Home Page for purchase.

How do I add my property to www.MyFSBOCity.com?
Click on Get Started from any page to signup for free and begin entering your property Information. After creating your listing, you will be able to preview your listing before submitting payment and activating your listing. Once your listing is created, you will also be able to edit your listing at any time via your secure control panel.

How do I edit or modify my listing?
To make changes, login to your account by clicking on "Login" from the top of any page. Once logged in, click on "Edit Listing". This will take you to a page showing your property listing as it appears in the public section of our website. From this page, you can modify the text in any of the sections, add/modify property features, manage your property photos and mark your property as SOLD! When you are finished modifying your property listing, simply click "Save Changes". All modifications are made in real-time, so you will be able to view your updated property listing immediately!

What do I do if I forgot my log in password?
Click on the "Login" link from the top of any page. From this page, click on Forgot Password? Click Here. You will need to supply your registered email address that was originally entered with your new listing. This email address is case sensitive. Your log in information will be sent via email to the address provided.

How do I add photos to my property listing?
1. First login to your account. Use the form to edit any property details, including photos. To add or edit a photo, click the “Browse” button. Navigate to the file location on your local computer and double-click on the desired photo. Repeat this process for each photo you would like to include in your property listing. Once you have selected all of the desired photos, make any additional changes to your property listings and click "Save Changes".

2. Emailing Your Photos: You may email any and all photos to contact@MyFSBOCity.com. We will be happy to add them for you at no extra charge. If your photos are too large, you may need to email them one at a time. Please be sure to reference your Property Address and registered email address when emailing photos. Photos received after 3:00pm CST will be added on the following business day.

3. Regular Mail: You may also mail in hard copies, and we will scan them to your listing. There is a $10 charge per photo. Please include a self-address stamped envelope if you wish to have your photos returned.

How do I remove my listing after it has sold?
First log in to your account via the Login link. under Account Details, select the appropriate action from the "Property Listing Status" field. Available options are "Property Sold", De-activate Property, and Delete Property.

SOLD: This option will mark your listing as "Under Contract / Sale Pending".

DELETE: This option will permanently remove your listing from MyFSBOCity.com. All of your property info and photos will be deleted from our system if you choose this option! Additionally, this account will be deleted. Should you desire to relist your property, you will need to signup for and purchase a new property listing account.

DE-ACTIVATE: Should you need to de-activate your listing for any reason, choose "De-Activate Property". Choosing this method will remove your property listing from the public property listings, but will NOT remove your listings and account information from our records. You can change the status of your listing at any time by logging in to your account and selecting "Activate Property" und Account Details.

(Please note that your listing will remain active on MyFSBOCity.com if you do not log in and remove it. You may also email us with a request that we do any of the above for you.)

May I advertise my MyFSBOCity.com Listing in the newspaper classified section?
In most areas, Yes. You will need to provide the newspaper with a direct link to your property listing. To obtain the correct link to your property, browse to your property listing in the public section of FSBO-Dallas.net. From this page, write down the complete web address from the Address Bar of your internet browser. All property listings will have an address in the following format:

http://myfsbocity.com/listings.php?ID=yourpropertyID

(Replace the yourpropertyID with the appropriate ID for your listing)
(Some newspapers may require that you use the http:// and some may not)

I do not trust the Internet with my credit card, can I order via regular mail?
Yes, while we utilize a secure server for credit cards you can submit payment via regular mail. Simply begin the listing process on MyFSBOCity.com. After creating your property listing, you will be taken to a Payment page. From this page you will have the option to continue payment online via credit card, or to download a pre-filled mail payment form. Print this document and be sure to include it with your check. If you need to have photos scanned, please include the fees associated with this service in the payment total.

What is your refund policy?
Since we offer non-tangible, irrevocable services, we do not issue refunds after the listing service is purchased. If you have any problems with your property listing, please notify us as soon as possible.

Your property listing is available for you to create and edit before you decide to purchase. You are able to view your property listing details before you purchase the listing service. Once purchased, your property listing will be activated immediately for display on our public website. Since some properties have been known to sell or enter contract status within 24 hours, we are unable to refund any listing fees once the transaction has been completed.

Should you experience technical difficulties after your purchase, or are unable to view your property listing on the public website, please contact us immediately and we will remedy the situation for you.
